Originally from rural Missouri, Steven started his career in music and theatre arts before becoming a digital media artist. As a producer + director he created content for clients such as Jaguar, Warner Bros, CBS, NBC, Canon, Nikon, T-Mobile, The Game Show Network, AT&T, Coldwell Banker, Adorama, Ricoh, GQ, and many others. He has worked executing live events for Starbucks, Cee Lo Green and the Muppets, Ed Sheeran, Twenty One Pilots, Sheryl Crow, T.I., Jason Mraz, Blake Shelton, Regina Spektor, The Flaming Lips, Gary Clark Jr., B.o.B, Kendrick Lamar, Curren$y, Santigold, Rick Ross, and many more.
At Saturday Night Live, Steven spent two seasons as an editor for the film/pre-tape units, creating many pieces with different directors and writers. In his third season, he is now an artist in the first ever visual effects department at SNL and contributes to many pieces weekly.

James Allerdyce

James originally hails from the "weirdest state", Florida, and has helped build Framework Productions into a full production house. He has overseen and facilitated the finances, day-to-day operations, as well as creative quality control for dozens of projects including live streaming events, concerts, commercials, competition series, and narrative pieces. James specializes in custom budgeting and building complex schedules to satisfy projects of all scopes.
As a writer, James both develops original copy and guides writing teams throughout the complex production process.

With his interest across departments from pre through post, Paul brings his attention to detail into his producing and has become an integral part in our creative process and execution. He handles production coordination and works in the post-process, including editing, color correction, and graphics. He also handles the social media and online communities for Framework.

Ryan Doris specializes in reality and competition style content and has worked for networks such as HGTV, Esquire, Discovery, and Sci-Fi. He has an innate ability to capture the beauty in seemingly mundane moments as well as create beautiful studio imaging. He travels the world capturing both reality tv content and scripted comedy and drama.

Sal started his career as a freelance director, producer, cameraman, and editor. He has worked for Citroen, Unilever, Nike, Food Network, Jon Bon Jovi, Glamour, GQ, NY Giants, Bravo, Berman Braum, Sony, DanceOn, Mox TV, Ultra Records, and John Varvato. Sal's first feature “La Piccola A” won a national award at the Bergamo Film Festival and received national distribution with LAB 80. His short movie "The Word Trader", which was selected to the Cannes Film Festival 2013, the Big Apple Film Festival 2013, and received an honorable mention at the Manhattan Film Festival 2013.
